You can return a mobile phone to its default settings by performing a factory reset. Before returning your mobile device to your secretariat or the telecom services, it is highly advised that you reset it to erase all of your personal data (email accounts, messages, images, contacts, etc.).
Keep in mind that the SIM card memory can also be used to store your personal data. Through the relevant option, you can delete it (Contacts, SMS).

- If Your Phone is significantly slower than it was when it was new
It is safe to use the Hard Reset and shouldn’t have any negative effects. Your Benco P11 device will have the same software and assortment of applications as it did when it first left the factory after activating this function.
